The Best Realtor Ever! Don came to our home to meet me and my wife in Nov, 2019. We discussed when would be the best time in 2020 to sell our house. He suggested we list it in the spring, as military families would be looking for a home to purchase because they were transferring to Hawaii. Little did we know that Covid-19 would become an issue locally, and that the Honolulu Board Of Realtors were not allowing open houses. Don quickly suggested we do a virtual tour of our house. He set up a photographer to come and do the filming of a virtual tour so prospective buyers could see our house, and if interested, set up a personal tour by appointment only.
